I work as a management consultant. My background is in business analysis, IT and finance system delivery, where I see a need to address the culture and behavioural change required for a project to succeed. Having investigated and modelled the best in the field, I’m skilled at using behavioural change tools to make a difference to both projects and people.
My project work typically involves bringing together senior managers from many departments and helping them to achieve a consensus on their goals and delivery strategies. I have excellent business analysis skills, and can help managers to clarify and simplify technical decisions so that the essential business issues are exposed. I work with my clients to see people and issues from other points of view, to gain a fuller understanding of the issues in question.
